What is different about Georgetown homes
- A mix of ages. Georgetown has older homes in and around the historic center and a lot of newer master-planned subdivisions farther out. Older stone and painted siding need a gentler approach and a test patch. Newer builds tend to be brick, stucco, and fiber-cement, which each need a different soft wash setup.

- Hail history. The September 24, 2023 hailstorm hit Georgetown and Round Rock, with hail reported up to 4 inches. Roofs with bruised or granule-worn shingles should not be pressure washed. If your roof took damage, get it inspected first. Cleaning is not a substitute for inspection, and our roof soft wash is low pressure on purpose.
- Limestone country. Georgetown sits on limestone terrain near the Edwards Plateau edge, so limestone and stone veneer are common. Natural limestone suppliers advise staying under about 1,200 psi, and we do.

Pollen and seasons
Cedar pollen runs roughly mid-December to mid-February and peaks mid-January. Oak pollen peaks in April and pecan in late April to early May. For a clean that lasts, we usually suggest late spring after the pollen drops or early fall before cedar season. We will still book a winter job if you have a reason, such as a sale or an event, and we will tell you what to expect.

Do you have a Georgetown office?

Is my roof safe to clean after the 2023 hail?

Can you wash stone and limestone homes?
Yes, at low pressure with a gentle cleaner and a test spot first. We avoid acid and high pressure on stone. White salt deposits called efflorescence usually need a soft brush and water, and the moisture source may need a fix.
What if I live in a 55+ community?
Check your association’s contractor and exterior-work rules first. We do not state any community’s rules because we have not verified them. Once you are cleared, we are glad to quote.
