Using this website

The site is for general information about our services and for requesting quotes. Please give accurate information when you contact us. Do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or submit anything unlawful or harmful. We may change or remove content at any time.

Prices and quotes

Size, stories, surface type, condition, and access all affect the final price. A quote is based on the photos, information, or visit it was prepared from, and the final price is confirmed in writing before we start. If the job turns out to be different from what was shown, we will tell you before any change in price.

Scheduling and access

Our hours are Mon-Sat 7am-6pm. Work depends on weather and safety, and we may need to reschedule. Please make sure we can reach the areas to be cleaned, that vehicles and items are moved, and that we know about pets, gates, and anything you want skipped. If you are not home, you give us permission to work on the agreed areas.

Water and utilities

We may need access to an outdoor water spigot. We follow local water rules and work to keep wash water out of storm drains.

Before we begin: property condition

Please tell us about known problems, such as loose siding, cracked caulk, failing mortar, peeling paint, worn or hail-damaged roofing, or leaks. Surfaces in poor condition can be affected by any cleaning method, and we will point out concerns we see. Some stains, such as old rust, deep oil, and etched concrete, may lighten but not fully disappear. We tell you what to expect before we start.

Clean guarantee

If we miss something, tell us within 7 days of the service and we come back and fix it at no charge. The guarantee covers areas we agreed to clean. It does not cover stains we told you might not come out, damage that was already present, or new dirt, pollen, or growth that appears after the visit. Contact us with the location and, if you can, a photo.

Insurance

We are insured, and a certificate is available on request. If you believe something on your property was damaged during our work, tell us as soon as you notice so we can look at it together.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree on other terms in writing.

Limits of this site

We work to keep information on this site accurate, but we provide it as is, without guarantees that it is complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information on the site rather than on a written quote for your property. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
